IV. Duration of Data Processing

As a principle, HydraPrim.md will process your personal data only as long as necessary to achieve the processing purposes mentioned above.

If you are a client, we will process your data for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter in accordance with the legal obligations incumbent upon HydraPrim.md (e.g., in the case of financial-accounting supporting documents for which the retention period prescribed by law is 10 years from the end of the financial year during which they were created).

• the right of access to data, namely the right to obtain confirmation from HydraPrim.md regarding the processing of personal data, as well as details about the processing activities such as how the data is processed, the purpose of the processing, the recipients or categories of recipients of the data, etc.;
• the right to rectification, namely the right to obtain the correction, without undue delay, by HydraPrim.md of inaccurate or unjustified personal data, as well as the completion of incomplete data; the rectification/completion will be communicated to each recipient to whom the data have been disclosed, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort.
• the right to erasure, without undue delay (“the right to be forgotten”), where one of the following grounds applies:

  • the personal data have been collected in connection with the provision of information society services pursuant to Union law or the domestic law applicable to the controller.

It is possible that, following a request for data deletion, HydraPrim.md may anonymize such data (thus removing their personal nature) and continue processing them for statistical purposes under these conditions;

• the right to restriction of processing insofar as:
  • the data subject contests the accuracy of the data, for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of the data;
  • the processing is unlawful, and the data subject objects to the erasure of personal data, requesting instead the restriction of their use;
  • the controller no longer needs the personal data for processing purposes, but the data subject requests them for the establishment, exercise, or defense of a legal claim; or
  • the data subject has objected to the processing (other than direct marketing), for the period during which it is verified whether the legitimate rights of the controller override those of the data subject.
• the right to data portability, namely (i) the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and (ii) the right for such data to be transmitted by HydraPrim.md to another data controller, insofar as the conditions provided by law are met;
• the right to object – regarding processing activities, it can be exercised by submitting a request as indicated below;
